About me
Engineering with a systems mindset.
I am a Computer Science professional focused on backend systems, software development, automation, and applied problem-solving. My experience spans production software, healthcare technology, and technical infrastructure, so I naturally think beyond a single layer of the stack.
I work with Java, Node.js, Python, SQL, Linux-based systems, Git workflows, cloud and identity fundamentals, and modern development tooling. I value correctness, maintainability, observability, and solutions that make sense to the next engineer who touches them.
How I approach engineering
Start with the real problem, constraints, and failure modes before choosing technology.
Prefer clear architecture, disciplined error handling, and code that communicates intent.
Debug methodically using logs, tooling, reproduction steps, and root-cause analysis.
Automate repeatable work and treat deployment, environments, and operations as part of software quality.
Technical toolkit
Backend & Programming
Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, Python, C++, C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, validation, and object-oriented design.
Data & Databases
SQL, relational modeling, normalization, SQL Server, MongoDB, query fundamentals, and application-data integration.
Linux & Systems
Linux command line, permissions, processes, filesystems, WSL2, scripting, package management, and environment configuration.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Azure identity fundamentals, cloud compute/storage/networking concepts, deployment readiness, runtime configuration, and troubleshooting.
Workflow & Quality
Git, GitHub, GitLab, branching, pull requests, code review, Agile/Scrum, debugging tools, automation, and CI/CD awareness.
AI / ML Foundations
Python environments, Conda, virtual environments, data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and applied machine-learning concepts.
